In your individual 4-month coaching program, we will first do a very DETAILED case review. What have you already done? Where are the missing pieces? What labs/tests have you already completed? What journey have you walked already? All of your hard work will be reviewed and discussed.
Following the case review, I will create an individualized strategy to optimize the next transfer. We will start with simple changes progressing to big picture items. Meeting several times individually via video and call over the next 4 months, together we will monitor how you are doing, reviewing your health and wellness, and adjusting your strategy as necessary.
